Hi Loves,

Hope your week has been great so far, mine is amazing. That said let’s get down to today’s post.

First the title above sounds like a pun to me, nah nah??!! Ok. Anyway, by cheap thrills I mean looking good for less money. Which brings me to thrifting. I’d be lying if I said I don’t love thrifting and my fav thrift markets are Adams, Ng’ara, Toi, Gikomba, and of course any other place I find amazing pieces. What I love most about thrift shopping is the fact that you find gems at ridiculously low prices, sometimes to the extent you just pay so fast and leave in case the seller changes his or her mind. The uniqueness and fit of the pieces is also a plus. But then of course one has to be patient enough to go through the heaps of clothes and also be able to withstand the pushing and shoving that goes on in the thrift markets.

This look here was Ksh. 750 top to bottom which translates to about 10 USD. Haha, I know right. I got the lace spaghetti top for Ksh. 50 (less than 1 dollar) at Toi. The high waist shorts which by the way ain’t Ankara for Ksh. 300 (4 USD) and the nude pumps for 400 (5 USD) at Adams. However one must be really careful when buying high heeled shoes at second hand markets because most of them tend to be very uncomfortable because of unsteady heels.

Well guys enjoy the photos and let me know what you think.
