KURTAS AND SHORTS
Hello beautiful people,
I’m so sorry for being away this past week. I was under the weather kidogo and also I was having some technical problems with my blog which I managed to sort. Thanks for your patience.
This Nairobi solar is now on another level, especially if you have to run errands during the day. Funny thing though is sometimes you sit with someone in a matatu and they can’t open the window and it’s like they ain’t even feeling the heat. At first I was a bit paranoid and thought, well maybe I am having hot flushes, which is a sign of menopause lol. Anyway I feel like a vacay at the beach is totally in order, and this outfit here is perfect for that. A pair of colorful shorts and light kurta top fits in this category.
NB: Kurta is a term used to refer to a long loose collarless shirt, the length of which falls below or may be just above the knees of the wearer. In the olden times, it was primarily worn by men, but today, it has become a unisex dress that both men and women can wear.
By the way getting this photos was quite challenging since I shot them in a forest. I was stung severally be stinging nettle and crawling insects. I could only get three perfect shots
Disclaimer: If you want to do a shoot in a forest please keep your pants on, literally. No peeing (I didn’t pee lol I’m just saying you know)or sitting on plants you do not know.
Till next time stay safe.
Lots of love
